MINNEAPOLIS (AP) _ An 18-year-old man wanted in the shooting of two boys aboard a bus in north Minneapolis has turned himself in to Metro Transit Police.
Transit Police Chief Dave Indrehus says the suspect surrendered Wednesday, the day after his photo was circulated to the media and the public.
Family members accompanied the suspect to the Hennepin County Courthouse.
The man is in jail, awaiting charges.
The case is expected to be presented to the prosecutor's office later this week.
Two boys were wounded when shots were fired aboard a metro transit bus on Febraury 27. Both are expected to recover.
