The Mankato Department of Public Safety begins its NightCap saturation campaign tomorrow night...and this time around they've teamed up with others to make sure liquor laws are enforced.Mankato Public Safety is partnering with state Public Safety officials and the Gambling Enforcement Division to take part in RAVE.RAVE is a pilot program that focuses on enforcement of Minnesota Liquor Laws specifically laws about serving alcohol to people already intoxicated.All involved believe that by preventing service of alcohol to people who are already drunk, the number of impaired drivers on the roadway can be reduced significantly.
