Authorities have charged a 38-year-old St. Paul man in the weekend shooting death of his brother.Ramsey county prosecutors charged Eric Orloske with unintentional second-degree murder.The criminal complaint says he shot his brother, 40-year-old brian orloske, in the head on Saturday night.The complaint says the pair had been drinking and wrestling before the shooting..Orloske is in custody.
